Polyester Masking Die Cuts

APT Polyester Masking Die Cuts are pre-cut polyester masking dots and discs with a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive. Designed for powder coating and e-coating, they provide a convenient masking option for circular areas in high-volume production.

• Backing: 2 mil polyester film
• Total thickness: 3.5 mil, including 1.5 mil silicone adhesive
• Listed temperature rating: 400°F / 204°C
• Standard diameters: 1/8 inch to 2 inches

Designed for clean removal after processing. Check temperature, exposure time, surface and chemical compatibility under your actual production conditions before use.

Choose a masking disc diameter

Available diameters: 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1, 1.5 and 2 inches.

• 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch: 2,000 discs per roll
• 5/8, 3/4 and 7/8 inch: 1,000 discs per roll
• 1 and 1.5 inches: 500 discs per roll
• 2 inches: 250 discs per roll

Discs 3/8 inch or larger include a split-back liner. Split liners for smaller diameters are available on request. Contact us for custom sizes or larger orders.
